Did you have any joy with this? Have encountered the same issue in the Notes Client, although it works just fine in a browser. I'm fairly new to development, never mind Xpages, so I'm happy with my progress so far, but getting it to work in the client would be the icing on the cake.

Late coming to this I know, but I want to do exactly this, in a browser and the Notes Client. For me, the three dynamic options (the two agents and the use of a form, which would be even better) don't work in the Notes Client. I just get an error loading data.

Any idea why?

Ive just been on holiday and using the VOIP to ring home from the hotel wifi was superb. I had actually taken my SIM out and put it into n old "dumb" phone because there was no simple way to stop data roaming. The quality could be variable depending on who else was using the bandwidth but it was quite usable

Thnx for the info you've provided.

I'm seriously considering buying the Nokia E72, however I have one concern. You mentioned that for me to use VOIP, I should have the S60 3rd edition and on nokia.com it says that E72 has S60 User interface. Will I still be able to use VOIP with it?

i can see in settings and connection sip profile

when i click that and try to add new profile

If you have managed to register the SIP account then you should be able to make calls. If you go to an entry in the address book – choose a number – choose call you should be given the option for “internet call” in addition to voice call and possibly video call.]]>

I will do more of a write up soon but no huge improvement. I reset the E72 and started again. Traveler does seem to be more stable, I have reduced the amount of stuff stored on the phone by not including the sent folder and this seems to have helped - it would be interesting to know where the Traveler data is stored - It wasn't readily apparent to me.

The other possibility is that I have not re-installed SIP/VOIP. The wifi drop outs made this useless so until I can resolve those there is no point having it. I have no proof but the SIP system did allow more configuration of the connections and I am wondering if this confused traveller.

The other thing which has sorted itself out is typing urls into Opera. I appear to have the same version of opera (10.0) but the keypad now creates letters rather than numbers - not sure why.

The lack of searching within Traveler emails is probably my number 1 issue with an apparent inability to create invites on others as number 2 - I am still hoping that this last one is a misunderstanding on my part.

i have recently purchased nokia e72 which i believe comes already with sip voip 3.x. do i have to still use this file to download in my phone because my sip service is registered but i m able to use it because sip client is missing in e72

My experience with voip over Vodafone NL 3G GPRS/HSDPA is very bad. Connection setup works, but sound quality is a disaster.
